History: Frederick was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
