History: Born in the south to a Mason, Aldous learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Mason job and began his own company from there.

Description: An older man who wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his blonde hair down. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kody grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kody. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found

He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He struck the Unemployed job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and seeks redemption
