He conceals his hand crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Alex was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bellfounder. He has worked as a Bellfounder like his mother before him.

Motivation: To be a Bookbinder again; and expand his business

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
