History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: This northern man wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is braided into rings. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Charles was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
