History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Adelard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
