Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Cook, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He is in excellent shape and dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Hubert was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hubert decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Bellfounder does, and carries falchions. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Gerard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Soapmaker. He takes great joy in being the best Soapmaker in town.
History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up work as a Soapmaker and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and to prove his worth to the world
