History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Reynard began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
