History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'6". He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull black iron scale mail, and his gloved hand is found clutching a glaive. His hair is golden and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Roger was born with his mother's beautiful face. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he seems to be bored by most things
