Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Fortune-teller again.
