When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Dean was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Architect. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
