He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is short and golden. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thomas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thomas. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His black hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the west to a Performer, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Actor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against goblins

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Courier. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a merchant again
