History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Reynard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in the east to a Marshal, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside.
