Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears skinny pants and wears a white and violet robe with the hood down. His red hair is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and he perpetually has his lance ready. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in lance use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is auburn and very short. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Dean took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and retire the richest man in the north

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Randal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Randal was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and his religion dominates his actions
