Description: A 6'1" northern man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 37. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He works hard and plays hard.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This man dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. His hair is red and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He carries with him a set of clubs, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Tim liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
