Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his morningstar with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and he perpetually has his morningstar ready. His tied-back hair is auburn. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a flattop hair cut. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Gilbert has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Gilbert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barrister who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kody does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle
