Gomory Gentry, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a brown costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His chestnut hair is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gomory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gomory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he loathes his own lifestyle

In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded.
