Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bertram's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Being a Miller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Justin embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Farmer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Farmer for the past few years.

Personality: Godfrey is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Godfrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Gerald was born the youngest of three triplets. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
