The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
