Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
