Personality: Roland is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barrister born in the past three hundred years. Frederick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Barrister.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a green costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Chad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
