His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Tim was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wishes to resurrect an old love
