Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Gifted from a young age, Simon studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Herbalist. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Herbalist. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a spear on his belt. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miller born in the past three hundred years. He takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miller. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Randal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and human compassion

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barrister. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
