During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a crush on the local cook

His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Hubert reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Doctor. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Doctor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He got into the Apothecary business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a slave trader again
