Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
