Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barkeep who has hired him part-time. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Gerard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Gerard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
