His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Hugh learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roger is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Barrister business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and to end his boredom
