History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Conrad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Conrad alone in the world. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
