Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Now he works as a dancing tutor during his time off.
