History: He is a Hag in disguise. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
