History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He now mingles about in high society.
