History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Balimaar has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.
