History: Gifted from a young age, Alex studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: Solomon hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Stylist. He struck the Stylist job and began his own company from there.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. John abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
