History: He comes from a rich southern family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Gerard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
