History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. He struck the Stylist job and began his own company from there.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
