History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dilettante and was forced into it by his family; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Gifted from a young age, Diggory studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Guard again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He now mingles about in high society.
