History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Gunter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
