Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
