History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
