The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. History: He comes from a rich western family. His childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but he was a colossal failure. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and balancing his hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult
