Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Painter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.

History: Clerebold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and doesn't want to be a courier and was forced into it by his family
