History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want him driven away

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: Thomas was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times.
