Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a Server, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Charles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
