History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Gerard was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age his mother died while driving off some brigands. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
