History: Roger was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Being a Fletcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
