Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dean studied abroad. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Born in the east to a Farmer, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has worked as a Farmer like his mother before him.

Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero.
