History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shipwright. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
