History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Theobald took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants revenge against brigands

Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Detective; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born in the east to a Bather, Dean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
