Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Gerald wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gerald has worked very hard to control his curse. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Description: An older man who is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, he is not a threatening figure. He has moderate length brown hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear flannel, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
