Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
