Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
